Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of DragonHosting's website and game server hosting services. By creating an account or placing an order, you agree to them. You must be at least 16 years old, or have a parent/guardian's consent, to create an account.

We provide game server hosting on a subscription basis. Specific resources (RAM, vCores, storage, slots) for each plan are shown at the time of purchase. We aim for the uptime described on our site, but the service is provided on an "as available" basis and scheduled maintenance may cause brief interruptions.

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access. You're responsible for the accuracy of the billing details you provide.

Plans are billed monthly and renew automatically unless you turn off auto-renewal in your account settings. You can cancel or change your renewal preference at any time; changes take effect at the end of the current billing period.

First orders are covered by a 7-day money-back guarantee. Renewal payments are non-refundable except where required by law.

If a renewal payment fails, or auto-renewal is off and the plan period ends without payment, we suspend the affected server. If payment isn't received within 7 days of suspension, the server and its data are deleted. We may also suspend or terminate service for violations of these terms, including abusive use of shared infrastructure.

You may not use our services for illegal content or activity, to infringe others' intellectual property, or in a way that disrupts other customers' service. We may investigate and act on reports of abuse.

We're not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from service interruptions. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim arose, except where liability can't be limited by law.

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll notify account holders by email before they take effect.
